Few people know this, but before Toggl became a successful time tracking app, we used to build software for other companies. One of the biggest, persisting issues we had, was the gap between how clients see software development and how development works out in practice. The customer really needed a tire swing but couldn't articulate that. Since we're software developers, not mind readers, the only answer is to quickly put a solution in front of the customer and keep evolving that solution based on real usage.

The sable antelope (Hippotragus niger) is an antelope which inhabits wooded savanna in eastern and southern Africa, from the south of Kenya to South Africa, with a separate population in Angola. The species is sexually dimorphic, with the male heavier and about one-fifth taller than the female. It has a compact and robust build, characterized by a thick neck and tough skin, and both sexes have ringed horns which arch backward. The sable antelope has four subspecies.
